FIZZNEX was founded to serve the exacting demands of European beverage brands that require closure solutions meeting the highest standards of safety, performance, and sustainability. We specialise exclusively in OEM supply—we do not sell branded products.
Our manufacturing facilities are certified to GMP (EC 2023/2006) and ISO 9001:2015, with every production run subject to rigorous batch-level quality controls.

Technical review
We analyse your bottle neck finish, filling line parameters, and target shelf life to recommend the optimal closure platform.

Pilot-run validation
A minimum of 3 production batches are run to confirm dimensional accuracy, sealing pressure, and torque performance.

Independent labs verify food-contact compliance, migration limits, and mechanical performance per your specification.
