Test protocols

  • Leak test — 690 kPa pressure threshold, 30-second dwell
  • Retention test — 1207 kPa pressure threshold, cap ejection resistance
  • Torque measurement — Application and removal torque within ±0.5 Nm
  • Dimensional inspection — CMM measurement of critical dimensions per drawing
  • Visual inspection — Automated optical inspection for defects

Statistical process control

  • Real-time SPC monitoring on all production lines
  • Process capability: Cpk ≥ 1.33 target
  • Process performance: Ppk ≥ 1.67 target
  • Gauge R&R: ≤ 10% of tolerance
  • X-bar and R charts maintained per batch
